Express Wash starts at our lowest tier, with Deluxe Wash and Full Exterior Detail priced higher to reflect the deeper work involved. What's the difference between an Express Wash, Deluxe Wash, and Full Exterior Detail?+
Express Wash is a fast exterior refresh with a quick spray wax. Deluxe Wash adds a thorough hand wash, hand dry, and spray wax with tire dressing. Full Exterior Detail goes further with door jambs, clay bar treatment, water spot removal, and our Elite Wheel & Tire Detailing for a true showroom finish.
Will a hand wash scratch my paint?+
Not with our process. We use the two-bucket method, premium wash mitts, and pH-neutral soaps specifically to avoid the swirl marks and micro-scratches caused by automatic brushes and dirty wash media.
Does exterior detailing include wax or sealant?+
Yes — every exterior service includes some form of protection. Express Wash includes a quick spray wax, Deluxe adds tire dressing, and Full Exterior Detail layers in clay bar prep before sealant for the longest-lasting finish.
Is your service safe for ceramic-coated or wrapped vehicles?+
Absolutely. We use pH-neutral, coating-safe products that won't degrade ceramic coatings, vinyl wraps, paint protection film, or matte finishes. Just let us know what your vehicle has so we can tailor the process.
How long does an exterior detail take?+
Express Wash runs 20–30 minutes, Deluxe Wash takes 45–60 minutes, and a Full Exterior Detail with clay bar treatment typically takes 90 minutes or more depending on vehicle size and condition.
Do I need to wait at the shop during the service?+
No. As long as we have access to your vehicle and a water source (or you've arranged for us to bring our own setup), you don't need to be home. Many clients schedule details while they're at work.
Can you remove water spots and mineral deposits?+
Light spots come off with a Deluxe or Full Exterior Detail. For deeper, etched-in mineral deposits from sprinkler overspray, we recommend adding our Advanced Water Spot Removal treatment.
How often should I get my exterior detailed?+
For most LA drivers, a Deluxe Wash every 2–4 weeks keeps the paint in great shape, with a Full Exterior Detail every 2–3 months for a deeper reset. Heavy commuters or vehicles parked outdoors may benefit from more frequent visits.
What if my car has heavy buildup, tar, or tree sap?+
A Full Exterior Detail includes clay bar treatment that safely lifts bonded contaminants like tar, tree sap, and brake dust without damaging your clear coat. For severe cases we can add Paint Correction to restore the gloss.
Can I add interior cleaning to my exterior detail booking?+
Yes — many clients pair an exterior detail with our Full Interior Deep Clean, Shampoo & Hot Water Extraction, or Targeted Pet Hair Removal. Bundle pricing is available when you book multiple services.
